For me, representing the rights of victims is more than a career; it’s a calling. You see, my father, Saul Bernard, started his practice back in the 1930s and tried hundreds of cases representing all types of clients, regardless of status or standing. His only criteria for taking a case was whether he could help someone who had been wronged. I was able to watch him in his practice and see the satisfaction he got out of serving his community and helping people that needed someone to stand up for them. At a very young age I knew that I wanted to help people in the same way my father had.

Biography:

Kirk Bernard has been a civil litigator for over 30 years, having been first admitted to the State Bar of California in 1981. Mr. Bernard decided to focus on personal injury cases representing the right of accident victims. With some amazing verdicts and settlements to his name, Mr. Bernard stands up for his clients and won’t back down when justice is at stake.

He owns and operates two personal injury law firms, one based in Seattle, Wash., and another based in Beverly Hills, Calif. Mr. Bernard is an active member of the bar and is licensed in both Washington and California. He is also a member of the following groups and associations: The Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Consumer Attorney’s Association and ATLA. He is also an eagle member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
