Passenger Loses Arm In Single-Car Crash On Highway 101

Multiple news agencies have indicated recently that an accident involving one vehicle resulted in the loss of a limb.

A man from San Jose lost his arm after being involved in an accident on Highway 101 in Windsor. The accident happened when the 2006 Toyota Solara a 27-year-old was driving on the southbound lanes of the road ran off the road after the driver attempted to avoid a tarp in the roadway. The vehicle ended up crashing into a tree as a result of the maneuver.

A passenger inside of the car was injured once the vehicle hit the tree. Injuries included his arm being severed from his bodies as a result of the accident.
