Interstate 15 Accident Under Investigation, Driver May Have Been Drinking

Multiple news agencies in California have indicated that a drunken driving suspect may have been involved in an accident that happened on Interstate 15 Monday.

The auto accident occurred when the reportedly drunken driver attempted to make a U-turn that was not safe, which caused his vehicle to crash into a concrete median. The vehicle crashed two times into the concrete barrier before it finally stopped. According to one account, the female driver was spotted driving erratically on Interstate 15 at about 2 p.m., which prompted calls to 911.

The California Highway Patrol is now investigating this case.
