Bicycles Recalled By Diamondback Over Possible Fall Hazard

According to a series of news agencies, several units of 2013 model of Diamonback Steilacoom RCX bicycles are being recalled over a possible fall hazard.

The bicycles may have been assembled with incorrect parts responsible for the support of the bike’s headsets, which could lead to a failure of the steerer tube. If this component fails while the bicycle is being used, the rider may end up falling and sustaining injuries as a result.

Up to this moment, no incidents associated with these recalled bicycle models have been reported.
