2011 Havoc Bicycles Recalled, Frames Could Break

According to several news agencies, three reports of incidents related to cracked frames prompted the recall of all units of 2011 Havoc Bicycles.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has stated that 90 units of these bikes were recalled after the company discovered that the 2011 Havoc Bicycles were equipped with frames that could crack unexpectedly, causing the tube to become separated, which could cause the rider to experience a loss of control, posing a fall hazard to users.

The company has stated that all recalled bicycles will be replaced. Affected consumers can contact the company or visit an authorized dealer to have the bicycle replaced.
