Dodge Pickups May Pose Serious Burn Injuries, Recall Alert Says

Many auto recalls associated with accident and injury risks get ignored by the public

That’s because many accidents that even result in back, leg, ankle, and even brain injuries that are caused by equipment failure are often ignored by the mainstream media. As such, these accidents only get attention when they happen en masse, and companies are held liable for their negligence in massive lawsuits.

The latest auto recall campaign that our readers and clients should not ignore come from Fiat Chrysler. Unfortunately, impacted units may pose serious fire risks to truck owners.

According to the reports, the company has recalled half a million Ram pickups fitted with 6.7-liter engines. Models impacted include the 2013 through 2017 Ram 2500 pickups, 3500 pickups and chassis cabs, 4500 chassis cabs, and 5500 chassis cabs.

Since these vehicles may experience issues that will cause the vehicle to overheat, a fire may occur, putting the occupants in grave danger

The company has admitted that it’s aware of some incidents associated with this issue, but no serious reports were readily revealed.

It’s because incidents have already been tied to this recall and impacted units are still being used regularly by its drivers that we urge impacted car owners to act fast. You may reach out to Fiat Chrysler directly to learn more or you may contact the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to report any accidents associated with this recall.

We hope more is done soon to mitigate the risks associated with this and any other recall that may lead to accidents and injuries
